If I were a traveler from the future, I wouldn't be broadcasting my prescient knowledge on the internet. Especially not on Twitter. ;)

My little brother seemingly traveled to the 1800s via a haunted theatre he worked at in Juneau. We researched it, many others had the same experience (hair raising ensued). It could have been something other than time travel though.
Time traveling runs in the family?
It seems I traveled to the future once, it wasn't OBE, I was in my body the whole time. Two merchants saw me. It was a result of a revelation. There was a lot of specific energy gears and switches that moved. I couldn't reproduce the intricacies of what it took to do it.

Besides that, moderately advanced tech could do it. Its probably common.
