Hi there, I just completed Week 5 MAP and feel like everything came to a grinding halt during that week. My energy body feels non existent, I can't seem to get into trance and my dreams aren't really happening, needless to say I'm slightly distressed and wonder what's going on. Some feedback would be much appreciated regards Jase!

You may be at the phase where you're moving from hands and feet to other parts that are less responsive. If so the loss of sensation is normal. If you're not aware of your dreams it means you're exhausted and need to get more sleep. Take a week off, (from trance practice, I'd keep practicing what you've been doing with the energy work)and resume next week. Also, move the energy work to the morning. You may be surprised at your results.
In my years of being in this forum, I've noticed that many people reach a point of exhaustion or plateau at around week four- it happened to me too- just rest and let your bodies catch up to what you've accomplished, and when you come back to in you will have progressed. I know I did at that time.

Wow! Thanks CFT for your quick reply, you nailed it on all counts that's exactly what's happening to me: a Week 4 meltdown (HaHa!). I will follow your suggestions and go from there, also should I repeat week 5 when I resume or should I move onto week 6?thanks again you have really made my day and rebooted my confidence! I would do a day or two of day 5 exercises, and if you feel you've learned it (you don't have to look) go ahead and do the next weeks' exercise.
