Tiredness

I feel tired despite doing NEW very often
Maybe I need more sleep?

Does NEW energy orvercharge cause tiredness?

When you start doing NEW, tiredness does cause some tiredness, because you are changing the way you 'think' for the time you are doing, and the energy surges can cause sleep pattern disruption, causing tiredness from 'too much awareness' (as incredible as that sounds.) You can take it easy for a few days and then continue on- your body will get used to it in time and will benefit.
Remember how it feels to start a workout schedule, the first week or so your muscles are sore, and once you make it a routine in the long run they get better and stronger? It's kind of like that with NEW and brainpower, in my opinion.

thanks for your replies and thanks for being helpful.

I think one factor that causes my tiredness is something that I have done in astral plane.
I cant recall my life in astral but I know it sure drains me a bit :)
