Hi Robert, I know you are familiar with Nikken, on their website they have a very expensive sleeping system for sale called the Kenko Sleep System.

My question to you is is this Kenko system more effective then the VASTLY cheaper systems that connect to an electrical outlet? The Kenko system seems to rely solely on magnetics, and does not connect to an outlet and presumably is not electrically grounded.

Which do you think would be better out of these two?

Thank You
Cal

The Nikken system, as you say, does not involve electrical grounding, but magnets.

Magnets are very helpful for self healing and sleep, but they help in different ways to grounding. I've used magnetic bedding myself in the past, and it does have beneficial effects.

A combination of the two, magnetic and earthing, would be ideal.

There are much cheaper mag sleep systems than Nikken that are still good quality.
