What is something you have learned about life from having an OBE? What insights have you gained?

"I" am not purely a physical body in a material realm.

I do not fear death or dying. Not because of some perception I have of what an afterlife may or may not be, but because I just seem to have no fear of death since a particularly vivid experience I had when I was 12. I don't know "what happens when you die" but whatever it is, I'm not afraid of it.

I haven't had 'life insights' because of OBE, but I have had information that was verified later, helping me get to the provisional belief that we are more than our bodies.

I do not how thue this is but I have the feeling and like I have Heard this many times, that the only change what can be done is when you are in a body, so the Changes you make here in your mind or what it is called, that will do Changes in energy Worlds, and it is why it is so important that everyone who are in a body does the WORK, so every layer can be changed.
