Hi everyone,

I'm sure this has been discussed on previous threads so sorry to start a new one, but I was wondering what hemi-sync/binaural beats works well and would be recommended. I have tried several on youtube but I'm not sure if they're the "right thing". Some of them are not even different feeds going into both ears, because someone just recorded the sound the binaural produces and then put that sound in the video- so you're just hearing "buum-buum-buum" in both ears. I am new to this. Is there a specific link (i.e. youtube video) that someone can recommend that works well for getting out of body?

Thanks!
Walter

I think Robert recommends:
Hemi-Sync Support for Journeys Out of the Body

also you need to buy the program from the main site because of the quality
or find a friend that has a .flac version

cheers

And if you want something from youtube, make sure that the TMI product is put out byTMI itself, they do it so people can try them out; or that whoever puts them up are creating them themselves with the right technology. If you're not sure if it's really binaural, then go for isochronics. They've never worked for me, but some people swear by them.
