Q: Subnavel Dan T'ian?

How do you know when it's full? I won't bother asking how long it takes to fill because that question seems obviously relative... but how does one know when the lower dan t'ian IS full so that it is pouring out into the higher dan t'ians?

I apologize if this question has already been posted. I did some light searching through threads and didn't find that specific question.

I would guess you start to feel activity higher up, in the solar plexus area. This is because the energy rises automatically.
