¿How astral surgery is done? ¿Higher Self permission is required? ¿Can be executed following a trivial purpose like "¡¡¡I want a bigger penis!!!" (is not my interest, I'm asexual)?
Sincerely, my main interest is a full teeth set after fifty years of overlooked (not so bad, but...) teeth hygiene.
