Does anybody here including Bruce know how to soul travel? is it hard to soul travel? i heard that you need to get into theta gamma sync. is it hard to get into theta gamma sync?

Soul travel is another name for OBE or astral projection. RB writes books about this topic. Threads are full here on this topic, too. You will find a lot here. Unless you define what you exactly mean by Soul Travel (if it is sth else) then no one will understand what exactly you mean.

Theta and gamma are maybe (I suppose that's what you mean) the hemi-sync binaural beats frequencies. Yes, they help you to alter your state of mind to get into the state of being able to have these kinds of experiences (OBE, soul travel, AP, clairvoyance, remote viewing, etc.).
