feel heat in the palms

I often feel heat in the palms but I don't know if it good or bad...

I guess this might be part of my kundalini development...

I just wonder is there any energy work system I can learn to heal others by my hands...?

Any feedback is appreciated.

Heat in the palms isn't good or bad, the hands are very sensitive, you're feeling energy inflow or outflow. It's natural.
If you haven't learned NEW (I can't imagine how that can be possible) you might want to learn it, before learning how to send energy for healing, one of the techniques that Robert teaches in his articles section.

I think it's normal for energy workers. It is also normal for healers and I talked to quite a few of them in the meantime as I become/became one myself.

I also feel it but it is more of electricity tingling in my case. It can get very strong. And it was 'activated' over night which was a funny and memorable experience in itself.
