Existence of other life in our dimension?

while traveling in astral projection has anyone gained insight into the existence of alien life from other planets? And would it be possible to go observe other life like how you can go observe a friend from around the world?

it goes a step ahead , they make drawings of alien civilizations and how they look , there's music videos and paintings and graphic novels even , apparently all made by people who AP and then report back.I think there was some youtube video where they said Jane Roberts saw Seth from the Seth speaks material too.
I take all that with a very* large pinch of salt.

but does anyone here have personally seen anything like this?.... Cf perhaps?

I have visited planets (they look like planets) that look lifeless, but when I get there it turns into some science-fiction type of landscape. I don't know if some alien life lives in other dimensions, or if I'm projecting my own ideas of alien life in the places I visit.
