Hi
There is something I like to ask.
What's a mind OBE and what's its difference with a real OBE?

I once had an OBE while I was asleep but I'm not sure whether it was a mind OBE or it was a real one.I was in my living room near the ceiling I was really scared and I shout at myself that I wanted to go back and a second later I was in my body but I couldn't move I was paralyzed. After I managed to move one of my toes and I waked up, back of my neck was in pain.

Thanx

I didn’t need just OBE. I’m interested in what is happened in shadow of my mind. That’s why I’ve came into this site and started to read books of Bruce. I like most of all what is written there but it doesn’t open all doors I’m going to open.
I’ve read 1/3 of the Astral Dynamics and I’ve got immediate OBE. I think it is because (before) I did everything written in the Bruce’s book but not in “his” sequence. I do not know if I do need OBE because I believe in language if signs. I’ve got an OBE not from vibrations but from feelings of dream (I thought that vibrations show something going on but it’s really sign of some troubles not just successful OBE). I’m not scared of depth or pain or something else (independently of it is manifestation only or it is reality) but some switch of attention to survival subjects really stops vibrations (process in general) and (most of importance) the chances of successful OBE. I think modes of Bruce could help here independently they are right or not.
Continue and let us know what you’ve got, please.

Hi Beatles,

Do you mean mental projection?
http://www.angelfire.com/realm2/amethys ... fbody.html (http://www.angelfire.com/realm2/amethystbt/psychicoutofbody.html)

Mental projection is really simple clairvoyance ('remote viewing'), and 'traveling in your mind'. Imagination plays a key role. The experience of mental projection is not particularly vivid, and you will more likely be an observer than a participant. Nevertheless, mental projection is an important 'way in' to astral projection proper. During mental projection and astral projection you are able to travel through solid objects, but are not able to act directly upon them or to move them (if they are in the physical world). T

Another term is "phasing" http://forums.astraldynamics.com/viewto ... ht=phasing (http://forums.astraldynamics.com/viewtopic.php?t=2234&highlight=phasing)

Or do you mean the "Brain method" as referred to here:
