Hello all,

I'm planning to work seriously with the MAP book in a few weeks when I'll have more free time for me. I've only browsed a couple of chapters just to see what's all about and I've seen it has astral projection techniques and energy work.

I've also acquired the NEW Energy Work book recently and I think it could be better to work with this book first in order to have a strong / healthy energy body, but in the MAP book it's advised to go step by step along with the book, not trying to get any shortcut so...

... Do you reckon that working on one's energy body beforehand would cause any obstacle later on working with the MAP book??

It won't hurt, but you might then find the MAP energy exercises repetitive or simplistic, since NEW is more exhaustive. If that doesn't bother you, go for it.

In that case, I think, for a newbie like me, the best course of action will be to follow the initial steps from the MAP book and, later on, I will dive deeper in the energy work with the NEW Energy book.

Thank you for replying :-)

No problem. NEW is a great resource to have, if there is anything in doubt in MAP, you can always look it up. Or use it as supporting literature, as the course suggests for additional reading.
