I don't know about you but if I see a plane spiraling towards the ground I think "out of control". I can't think of any "normal" planes that would land in that manner.

Nwb, I believe it is whatever your intutition tells you it is. That would be different for different people.

Many of us would interpret it as "spiralling out of control" but that's just one possibility. How did it feel to you?

Maybe from what you got from your intuition is that you need to practice grounding techniques when meditating so that you do not feel out of control but more in harmony with your spirit.
