Uri Geller was proven to be nothing more than a first class sleight of hand magician.
Spoon bending was just an illusion (a close up magic trick), using previously weakened spoons.

There have been quite a few charlatan clairvoyants, psychics, etc. too.
But we exist all the same.

First, read, read, and read. And then my other suggestion(if possible)would be to get as many like minded people as possible together for a spoon bending party, and keep it light.
Many people intent on the same outcome can have a magical effect on the seemingly, "impossible"
May you prosper in your endeavors.

This is about the most instruction you will get. It's not complicated, as you're trying to make it be. As I told you before, it is based on a belief that you can do it. If you don't believe it will happen, it absolutely won't.

About Geller, I don't know whether he's a fake one way or other. It doesn't matter to me, because I've done this myself. Another person in the group I did it with was able to twist the spoon 2 times into the tiniest spirals you can imagine. Brute force would not accomplish that. You'd need something that could heat metal to an extreme degree, and I didn't see anything like that hidden in his pants.
