hi mr bruce, after reading your book i have learned a lot, i am into body building in my some of my sprare time. All power lifters and body builders are constantly trying to increase their strength and muscle mass. I have been wondering, on our time off from training when most of our gains take place ( ie when resting), do you think some kind of meditation or may be the NEW energy work could decrease recovery time and increase muscle mass and performance? if so could you may be give some tips, THANX
