In your Astral Dynamics book, you mention an anecdote where you say your projected double almost stumbled into Matt during an OBE and given him goosebumps. Since during OBE we are in the real-time zone, how can we effect people in our physical dimension?

So, would I be able to give somebody goosebumps by having my projected double walk through their physical body while they are awake?

Also, is it possible to meet up with a friend when we go into the real-time zone together? Could we travel to places together?

In the Real Time Zone, you are very close to reality, close enough to affect it and make yourself noticed.

An astral projector is like a spirit in the physical dimension, and is perceived in the same way. A spirit, when it comes close, causes the 'goosebumps' sensation. An astral projector will cause the same, that 'someone just walked over my grave' feeling.

Yes, it is possible to meet up with a fellow projector and to travel together.
