Unable to access my order program

Hello, I have a problem accessing my ordered program. I am getting an error page debugging wordpress. It won't let me upload a screenshot as it exceeds the number of allowed characters.

This happened to me, and I got it fixed by raising a support request from the help menu (see link below).
