Heres a little trick i picked up.
Reach you right arm over onto your left shoulder and squeeze until you find thepresuure point when you have found in stop moving your arm and just squeeze it there. After about five mins of this let go and do your right shoulder.
This relaxes you brilliantly, happy relaxing ;-)

That's pretty cool. My Tai Chi instructor showed us a pressure point on the back of the calf above the heel that releases the whole leg.

Cool, you know any other pressure points?

Yep, from Touch for Health classes. Where your collar bone connects at the top of your chest - take your thumb and first finger, spread them out a little until you find the 'soft spots', right below and outside where the bones connect. If you tap pretty hard there, you can 'rev up' your energy.

Great to do that when you're tired.

You should try to get a Touch for Health manual, sounds like this is up your alley.
