Good morning.

I start moving the awareness. It doesn't take much effort anymore
and withing seconds I'm getting the tingling sensation in the foot
followed by muslce spasms.

Now the tingling is to a level so intense it feels almost like stepping
on broken glass, or maybe tiny small needles poking the foot. This
also moves upwards towards the knee.

One thing that happened was like an electrical zap striking a nerve
from the foot and up. Like touching an electrical coil or fence and
bang.

Doing this with the hands, after the tingling is gone my hands start
to itch inside. Have to squeeze and rub the hands alittle.

Just curious how it would feel like at the most intense level of tingling.
Is there like a warning sign here... I mean, when should I stop focusing
at one area and what to do next... got the hang of it.

I believe these are all general feelings that you get. Usually the sensations start out really intense and then calm down. Once you've done more NEW you get less intense sensations which is a good sign. :-).

Thanx. I noticed that the tingling diminish after a while, and trying to
bring it back it comes with smaller intensity. Second try is not as
effective as the first. Then have been waiting a couple of hours
to start try it over again.

Patience is key, Triot. ;)

Especially in the beginning you have to back off at signs of irritation, take long breaks for resettling of the energy body, and so on. Call it growing pains and allow them to heal.

Blockages of the nerves should not be excited too much, else this healing takes much longer. Be very gentle when dealing with these things.

You could try the following: Always sponge downward. For example, focus in the knee, and sponge downward. Or in the elbow and downward. When you arrived at the toes or finger, do not reverse direction, but refocus on the knee and go downward again. See if this eases it. The downward direction might be helpful in building stronger capacity for energy flow without causing so much irritation.

Always stay within your limits. Then they will grow quickly enough.

Take good care,
Oliver
