Hello, I would VERY much like some suggestions on GOOD books for kundalini meditation and just plain meditation. Please! Thank you very much. :D

For just plain meditation I recommend a book on Zen. "The Three Pillars of Zen: Teaching, Practice, and Enlightenment" by Philip Kapleau. Often the best meditation is the simplest such as just sitting silently. Let the dust settle... then wash it away.

I have no recommendations on Kundalini meditation since I have little experience in that area.

Best Wishes,

Bill Bodri - Measuring Meditation
I'm currently reading in it and He explains the things so you get the big picture and lots of details

Hi there!I have one good suggestion for a book it's called SILVA METHOD and it explains in a very nice way what is meditation and is a full guide and it's good for everybody! For kundalini I suggest Michael Sharp's 2 books the first is for understanding second a full guide on how to do it.A friend has more info on this forum in the kundalini section.Take care!
