View Full Version : Big problem with arm preventing relaxation

For about half a year I am experiencing a strong tension in my left arm, from shoulder on downwards. This is not muscular and it is not painful and most of the time I do not even notice it. So far there is no medical indication.

But whenever I am not distracted (e.g. travelling in a train) and especially when I try to relax, this sensation becomes extremely uncomfortable, demanding my focus and making it impossible to let the arm lie still. This is extremely frustrating because it currently stops all progress in projection. A sensitive friend with skills in Reiki told me, that the arm is "hot". Energetic exercises pose no problem on that or other body parts and I never had uncomfortable sensations doing them. The only time I am able to enter trance is when I wake up at night, since the distraction in my arm is lesser then.

What do you think this could be and what can I do about it?

If it takes more information, I'll gladly give it and help is very much appreciated.

G'day,

Your problem may be similar to RLS Restless Leg Syndrome. There is a fair bit of information available on the net about this condition.

In your case, I suggest you consider having a medical examination, and then explore some bodywork like acupuncture, chiropractic, and ostepathy and sacro cranial work.

I also suggest you get a copy of my book Energy Work and apply the self healing methods, energy work and affirmations. This will help enormously, regardless to the actual cause.

A Q Link is also recommended.

See http://www.glidewing.com/astraldynamics ... _home.html (http://www.glidewing.com/astraldynamics/q-link_home.html)

Therapeutic magnets are also highly recommended for conditions like this. See http://www.nikken.com or http://www.promagnet.com or check your local pharmacy.

Focus on self healing first, and then once your arm is under control move on to other explorations of the greater reality. Self healing is in itself a voyage of self discovery. Nothing is by accident and therefore there is a reason your arm is like this....which you will discover.

Take care, Robert
