Hey, i was just wonderin if anyone here ever used ki energy work...and will ki work in the astral and can it be benificial to know?

"Ki" is the Japanese word for what the Chinese call "chi" and the Indians call "prana". They are all just words for the same energy that Robert Bruce talks about in his books and on-line articles.

The answer to your question is yes, energy work is beneficial.
