Greetings,
I was wondering if its good to do the different tactile imaging exercises and the
breath awareness when you are in a lucid state?

Last night when falling asleep and entering a lucid state i practiced the feet and hand awareness and felt a powerfull tingeling, then i added breath awareness and the "good energy in, bad energy out" breathing technique and I must say that I got suprised what effect it seemed to have on the energy body.

The tingeling effect i discovered was beyond anything i had tried so far, I was kind of overwhelming, dont know if i over did it but the feeling was not a bad one.

So my question, is it good to do the exercices from within a lucid dream or should it be dont sitting in a chair as instructed?

Making energy work in a trance can improve focus and awareness. All Monroe tape exercises use that fact.

Some people do energy work after projecting with powerful results IIRC. So that should be good in lucid dreams, too. If you can pull it off, you should have more direct access to your energy body.

Good success,
Oliver
