I would like to know what presets you used and which you find to be the most effective. I'm not talking about the MAP presets that came with the Mastering Astral Projection CD that came with the book. I'm speaking of the the hundreds of custom made presets available on the brain wave generator website.

Frankly I'm flabbergasted on which one to use because there are so many. Also 99% of the comments section is filled with millions of porn links and spam. Why the site admins don't clean it up, I don't know. If you have tried ANY of these presets weather the experience was good bad or indifferent please share with us your experiences and opinions on this.

Thank you

~Scott

Well, this Admin's been away on vacation this weekend and mods delete the stuff as soon as they see it. We're not all on the same timezone so there may be times that no one's on to see it. If you see spam you are welcome to pm any moderator that seems to be 'on' at the time so they can take care of problems as they arise if you see it before they do. This is the reason we are so strict about not posting any links before the min. 20 post count.

No, I was talking about the Brainwave Generator website, not this forum. This forum is great. Check this out http://www.bwgen.com/presets/desc929.htm#Com10
This is what I'm talking about.

I had good experience with:
Chakra Stimulation and Balance v2.1 by Faded

A couple of tracks I've had good results with...
William Buhlman -Vibrational Technique For Astral Travel
William Buhlman -Chakra Technique For Astral Travel
A Brainwave Entrainment 7.83 Hz Schumann Resonance

The Schumann one is good for grounding, excellent for reducing stress & I use it regularly as a starter for longer hemisync sessions.

Note the 1st 2 are voice-guided.

~Scott Thanks, Scott. I was starting to feel guilty about going away. Ok, I wasn't.

Gosh, I'm all mixed up here. I installed "sbagen" on my Mac, but it doesn't seem to recognize the .bwg files. Is there a different Mac program for .bwg's?

The sbagen files that automatically downloaded when I installed the program are quite cool, though, too -- can you recommend certain ones for OBEs/astral projection?

As far as I know, sbagen cannot play BWgen preset files. It uses it's own "preset" text files.

Oh, OK. I think I will just experiment with sbagen for a while anyway, since it seems to have come with quite a bit of documentation and help files. Thank you.

Last time I downloaded it, there were included some presets that were supposed to be using the same frequencies as the Gateway program. These could be interesting to use too.

Creating your own preset is not as easy as it is with BWgen since it lacks a GUI, but it's not very hard to learn the syntax and make the proper text files. It would be nice to be able to convert BWgen presets to sbagen. I thought of trying to make such an app once but I guess I'll never have time for that...

Let me know when you do, and I will be happy to be the first downloader!! Thanks for explaining all this to me, too.

I knew a guy would swore by them but I never got anything off of them. I have some of the BrainSync CD's. You wanna talk about WOW. They are definitely worth the price of admission. My favorite is Guided Meditation. I also have 2 of the Brainwave Mind Voyage CD's. Vol 2 Astral Trance and Vol. 7 Astral Vibrations. Those work as well.
