How long will it take to stop doing e-work till u start to 'lose your touch'?

By the time you are thinking about stopping it, it will probably keep going for a very long time on momentum. Your energy body will have to keep taking in energy to avoid starving, much like your physical body will continue to need food. The more energy you have taken in, the more your energy body has developed, the harder it will be to shut things down.

As you can see I'm at a Christmas party and I'm definitely smiling. Laughing, even, out loud. The first time my boss saw me laugh out loud, he was initially worried something was terribly wrong. The Christmas party was in his house. I spent the night drinking pear flavored vodka.
