Im guessing this section includes music too.

I want to make a CD with some nice meditation musice.

Does anyone have any songs or artists that make this type of music?

Thanks JS

ok, you have to get 'passages' by phillip glass and ravi shankar. I used to meditate alot to this cd and it has become heartrenchingly beautiful to listen to ever since, i hope you'll find this too. somehow it really 'means something' when in a meditative state.

Motel de Moka (http://www.moteldemoka.com/) has a fair amount of what I think you mean by 'meditation music.' :) This post (http://www.moteldemoka.com/2008/01/20/as-long-as-i-can-hold-my-breath-pt1/) is probably a good example.

What is the name of the music in the hall of learning video? It's exactly that type I use when working on the chakra vibrations. They fire up within 5 minutes.

Just got a new pair of headphones, the kind that fit into the ear canal, nice and crisp and noise canceling:

I Like these for meditations

This one is kinda jivy and gets things moving.

One of my faves Ulrich Schnauss, really really cool to let go and relax to but has a beat to keep you engaged.Kind of ethereal sounding

This one is good too, the song from gladiator, it's moving and inspires strength.

Some more nice ones to chill to...

Really like this one a lot, nature sounds set the stage nicely during the intro/outro

This one is more upbeat and energizing. Very catchy style.Created by a young Korean girl out of LA.

I don't know why this song is called "The Alcoholic". It doesn't make me think of alcohol at all when listening to it. It does make me think of projection though.

The intro heart beat drums like the initial stage of trance where you can hear/feel the same drumming in your chest/head.It rhythmically lulls you to that line where reality and imagination mingle. Setting the tone for your future voyage.

The gradual tonal overlay (starting around 15 seconds in) accompanying the beat starts off with a trickle and then amplifies. Reminiscent of hypnogognic sound or imagery that starts off subtle and then becomes more noticeable once aware of it. This is where your imagination starts to let you know you are almost there and fills your mind as you lift the veil of conscious awareness.

By about 45 seconds into the song you know you are starting to project and the signs symptoms snowball into full fledged vibrations at about 1:20.

The vibration buzzing grows in intensity from 1:20 to about 1:53 where internal pressure has built up so much that you pop and shoot out into the air with ease.

The guitar accompany around 1:58 resembles the gliding freedom, speeding past stars and space at the speed of light. A little spot moving through enormousness, light, weightless and moving forward.

At around 2:34, you've found something as it passes you by and you check it out...and find what you find :)
