Apparently a few people have, and it's all good...

Hi!

OK, As far as I am concerned I used it...
I used tracing the meridians exercise .. It really fired up things...

I have some bad experience with it it... When using celtic waves around my eyes, I felt better , then I felt worse I got strong headache I also was sort of knocked out.. (not completely I could do things but I was fairly away). (Lasting for at least hours..)
I tried that twice.
The second time I got even stronger headaches...

When I used my hand to heal my head I got similar headaches earlier.

Any idea what did I get wrong? According to Donna, it is very good for your body (celtic waves) . Interestingly, I tried on other parts on my body and I met no side effect. Only when treating my eyes.

When I also used chakra cleansing and meridian tracing, I had no bad experience, only with celtic waves and healing hand.

equinox,

I do not know the "Celtic Waves" exercise, but strong headaches due to energy work, occuring during or after a session, are usual a sign of stored tension / blockages. Blockages in the head can often feel more acutely painful than elsewhere. Tension headaches can result from trying to run too much energy in the head while being moderately to heavily blocked. Had my fair share of those.

You might want to try any cleaning technique on the areas where the headache pain resides. Robert's NEW energy work for example has sponging, brushing and energy balls for this. Be gentle, though, because if you overdo it or force progress you get the same headaches again. The recipe against strong blockages in my experience is persistent, gentle and repeated effort.

Take good care,
Oliver
