Seeing the Past

Dear Sir,
Is it possible to see the past 100% accurately in the Akashic Records. For Example: A draw was held 6 months back and in a supermaket and I wish to know the name of the winner and the ticket number. Will I be able to get this past information 100% accurately from Akashic Records.

The huge variable here, however, is you and your abilities to not only perceive this information, but to remember and record this.
