I feel I have a serious block in my abdominal area, it seems to be causing all sorts of distress.

Also, I believe I have some sort of problem with my sinus area.

Is this a kundalini blockage or something attached siphoning off energy?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks! :D

I am hardly the expert on such matters. I would urge you to pray to Blessed Alphonsa of India. Her intercession is very powerful, for she suffered herself. I shall pray as well.

Blessed Alphonsa, praise the Lord...
For His mercy endures forever!
See Blessed Alphonsa in Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blessed_Alphonsa) (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blessed_Alphonsa)…

Thank you! Another great saint is St. Therese, or "little flower of Jesus", she too has powerful intercessions!

Blessed Alphonsa was once healed through prayer to Saint Therese and Blessed Chavara.

See Blessed Chavara in Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Blessed_Chavara): http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?tit ... ed_Chavara (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Blessed_Chavara)

Sophrinicus, and all others, I would be curious to ask if you have been blessed with personal intercession from any saints? Also, as a student of mystic arts as they can be called I do many angelic meditations, are your methods for praying for intercession similar? Or are the pleas and prayer to the saint so as they may grant thy will though God?

QF:

I can tell you I have experienced several intercessions first hand from Saint Therese aka little flower, child of Jesus. I believe in this type of aid with all my heart. I'm only familar with St. Therese (not to be confused with Saint Teresa of Avila, not the same person).

She vowed to spend her afterlife helping humanity. The special prayer I say comes from a website the Carmelite Nuns have set up devoted to her. On this site you will find countless examples of intercessions. She shows you a sign of your prayer being heard/answered with roses. When you get a rose out of the blue after praying to her, it is the best feeling!

Here is a prayer of petition:

St. Therese, beloved friend, you promised to spend your heaven doing good upon earth. We come before you in our need. We believe that you listen to us and approach God for and with us. You are love in the heart of the Church. You are love in the heart of God. Please accept these petitions, hopes, needs, and dreams I list below. Please present them to our Loving Father so that God may do what is best for us, for our loved ones, and for the fulfillment of God's Kingdom. Continue your shower of roses in our lives. We ask you, dear friend, with the bold confidence and loving surrender you taught us. We make this prayerful petition in the name of Jesus and through the power of His Spirit.

I believe it is important to understand that when you pray, you are asking for her to petition God on your behalf; one must always respect the will of God.

Here is a link to the site mentioned above, specifically, the accounts of intercessions:

Hope this helps :)

Certainly. The angels and saints stand before God and are always able to praise God, while we are often distracted by worldly pursuits and cannot attend to the Divine Praises as we might like. I think Christ said something to that effect in the gospel…

Being a Lay Carmelite, myself, (of the Ancient Observance, not the Discalced) I am quite impressed by the Little Flower. She certainly has been a favorite of many. My wife, for example, can recount the time when she was particularly distraught due to an extreme family emergency. In the midst of her trials, she noticed a strong odor of roses, for no accountable reason...

Of late, however, I have been more interested in Blessed Alphonsa of India.
