I was reading about what i am going to have to do starting tomorrow as in which order the excercises are in, for example.....

Week 3 BrainWave Generator (20 mins.)
Relaxation: Whole body (5 mins.)
Breathwork: Cloud breathing (5 mins.)
Energy body prestimulation: (5 mins.)
Energy body bouncing: Full body (5 mins.)

Do i do these all simultaneously with each other or one after another, like breathwork for 5 mins, then energy body....and so on?

And i know these aren't the ones to do on day one i just opened to a random page for an example.

In the order they are written. In other words, not simultaneously.

However (and there is always one) the BWGen doesn't have to be done each time, unless you really want to. I believe it's optional, but I did mine at least once a week when I was doing the program.
