Really interesting article on the many health benefits of practicing deep breathing. Also has a bunch of exercises, many with a spiritual overtone.

When I had surgery in the fall, the doctors told me to breathe into my abdomen because it would help the incission to heal.

I guess it's not just for meditation anymore.

LOL! Can you imagine? You are quietly doing that breathing tek, and all of a sudden flames start shooting out of your nose/mouth! How would you even go about explaining that? :lol:
