Do any of you know of any meditation music that is aimed at reprogramming the mind so it thwarts the programming planted by negs, or some other method?

And one more thing: I have heard about the so called MK Ultra stuff, and im wondering if it is a method to deprogram that s*it. If you know of a audio file or techniques

There are lots of self-hypnosis (affirmations) products out there, but the best ones would be the ones you make yourself, because only you know what you're being programmed with.
You can write out your own specific affirmations to directly negate whatever the thoughts are, and use binaural beats or something you like (meditative music) as background.

As for MK Ultra, my impression was that it was used to influence the masses, not to protect them from anything, but to control them. Of course I couldn't know if this is a fact.

I don't know about MK Ultra but I looked it up and saw they have some MP3s.

The one I downloaded is called Phenylethylamine.mp3 and I am about to put it on my MP3 player to see what it is. There doesn't seem to be documentation, but this chemical is in chocolate and is blamed for the initial high associated with "falling in love".

It may be that it has nothing to do with MK Ultra for all I know.

There is a file that someone here posted about with the Mahamritunjaya Mantra. It is a full length "CD" and the text file that comes with it says that it must only be given away for free and ideally with the text file included with it:

It was easier to look up the links than the thread.

The MP3 is very repetitive so you can keep it at a fairly low volume and just play it in the background.
