View Full Version : Energy body prestimulation routine

Hi
I'm just beginning week three and it is said that i have to do energy body prestimulation in order to prepare for the energy work session.
What exactly does the prestimulation routine include? It is said only sponging of feet, legs, hands and arms.
Does it mean to simply go with my awareness from my fingers/toes through to the end of the hands/legs for 5 minutes?
Also the difference between sponging and bouncing is not quite clear. For me bouncing is simply a faster sponging action. Is that a correct way to view it?

Sponging is to run an imaginary sponge on the inside of your limbs, or if you prefer an energy ball (I prefer the sponge). The idea is to feel it. However, you should already have done tertiaries (that is, brushing on the outside, and if you haven't, you should.) So prestimulating is sponging.
And yes, bouncing is just sponging but faster, not so much looking for the strong sensation, but just moving your awareness.
