Hey guys! I have a quick question relating to the full body circuit. When I do it, I've often noticed trouble moving the energy that I've gathered out of my head and down to store it. I have a suspicion that this is because my head is usually very congested and uncomfortable. Am I missing out on anything if I draw the energy through my feet and arms and send it all down from my shoulders without moving it up to my head? Opinions are all greatly appreciated :D

There are two primary kandas and others that develop over time .These round flat plate like structures are on the crown with the greater part of contact at the centre of the crown this has been called the Crown of the Goddess . The other primary kanda is beneath the lap and its centre focus is in the perineum.

Energy may be drawn down from the universe into the crown with will and breath and energy may be drawn up from under the lap by sitting upon the floor in a semi lotus .

When we are just beginning energy work , some find it easier to do a full body circuit by drawing up energy through bare feet in contact with the ground .
