I did a one day water fasting....I was not craving for food but at 9pm, I vomited what looks like the whole amount of water I drunk + some acid.
I'd like to do it again in two weeks time but I'd really like to make sure that day one is the hardest one to cope with. It's supposed to increase the subte energy (after 3 days of fasting !), I hope it's true because I was like a zombie the whole day, I could not do anything which was physical, just read, watch tv or take a nap. great !
juice fasting is MUCH easier
did anyone feel a dramatic change in energy after fasting ?
I must say that I had a brilliant spontaneous OBE 2 days after a 2 days juice fasting but there might be no correlation between the two (I had some jetlag as well that night)

Maybe spacing out the water some would be helpful? I drank a gallon of water too quickly once and the same thing happened to me. If you drink too much water, too quickly, you can throw off your electrolytes and then you won't feel good.

I forgot to buy some gatorade as he advised. It's silly but I was going to give up when I fell completely sick but I thought "think of the willpower, prove to yourself that you're dying to get an obe"
I'll do it for three days next time, the only thing is that I could not concentrate on my obe session that night as I was too tired.
did you do the fasting while following the map ? any luck ?
I'm at week 12 and no real total exit (except for one spontaneous one), but I don't care, I've had great experiences and have learned so much about it !
and...it's just the beginning, isn't it ?
