Felt a little hangover today after last night party.
I was laying in my bed but couldn´t sleep.
I felt as though my body was really large and swollen, but at the same time another inner body begun to shrink.
When this happends I always feels uncomfortable, because It felt like the expanding other body was alien to me, so I was experiencing 2 body sensations, expanding and withdrawing at the same time, and my inner body didn´t want to experience the other body.
I´ve experienced this body sensation a few times but mostly when doing trance work, has anyone experienced a hangover having an effect like this on your energy body?, why does it make you feel uncomfortable?, It is very similar to fever dream sensations.
I do energy work every other day so I this probably have something to do with it?
