Is it necessery to do a banishing ritual when astral projecting i was reading one artical on the net and it says to always preform one.

LBRP (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rV0RsJW5Xes) is for protection only. If you're not afraid or under some sort of attack, it's not necessary.
