Thanks Skymitar - I recently got this..I emailed him in my anxious desperate times!- he was really nice - has this feel about him which is really peaceful.

* Psychic Self-Defense -Dion Fortune - the stories I found were a bit scary but factual. Alot of good info in here.

* Possessed by Ghosts - Exorcism in the 21st Century - has a different perspective to attacks however a good book for understanding.

I thought the book was really good - offered some really easy techniques people can use to improve the overall atmosphere of your home or even place of work.

Well worth the read, imho.
