Go through the full process of activating your chakras,a s per my book, Energy Work, or Astral Dynamics.

Then go back to the base, raise energy up your legs and pull on the base for a couple of minutes.

repeat the last step over and over.

Every ten minutes, repeat activate each chakra, then return to sweeping energy up legs to base, and pulling on base.

Keep this up for a few hours.

do this in a full altered state.

Learn how to hold an altered state while you take a drink or etc.

This last makes it more doable.

btw, This method is for fully releasing and raing Uraeus serpent of fire, not awakening it.
If you want an awakening, it will happen naturally.

Kundalini events occur when the magician's energy body has attained a reciprocal vibration that will precipitate the next event. An equal and opposite energy will enter the human energy body when it attains a triggering vibration. Kundalini events will occur along a predictable continuum with astounding commonality and some indiosyncracy too. There will be subtle energy sensation symptoms which can be observed as pre-kundalini and there are unmistakably profound K events and all manner in between.

Robert Bruce has written about some of the more profound events such as the Uraeus Effects.

Removing blockages, daily meditation and daily energy work will cause kundalini events to continue in their season throughout the life of the magician.

*Robert Bruce's Spinal Bounce , Full Body Circuit and NEW in general are very effective.

*I recommend Yoga any kind ; Hatha , Pranayama, Kriya will help but Kundalini Yoga is the most magnificent help,imho. There are free lessons on YouTube .Here is one I found very effective;

Hi Angel.
Kundalini Yoga uses various sets of spinal exercises and the 5 Tibetans as part of its practice.

Fasting, sungazing, nude sunbathing, running, hanging and hot/cold alternation is a faster way of popping, but you need to also go largely rawfoodist as well. 8)
