awareness or something else?

Hello!
I have recently begun to do energy work. Aside from a formal session of work, I am feeling energy in various areas almost constantly now. Is this because I now have an awareness of the phenomena?

I believe so, I would say it's a combination of 'new' flow and heightened awareness.
