For a coupple of months a negative thought form has often prevented me from sleeping for often days at a time. The lack of sleep bothered my little in the beginning, but recently I've started to develop some health problems.

The feeling of tiredness that usually comes after being up for too long is often replaced with a neutral feeling that seems to effect my ability to enter altered states of consciousness.

It's my hope that someone can reccomend something that can help me get some sleep.

A water fountain works wonders. If not, a white noise generator, or the super sleep CD (by the monroe institute) may help also. The fountain has dual benefit- the neg protection and the sound of water is soothing.
