To preface this, please realize that the whole subject of working with negative spirit entities and astral wildlife is new territory. We do not know very much at all about the relationship between humans and negs. So far, most of my work has been through observation, logic, and trial and error. I have found a few things that help, but this is still very much a work in progress.
It is possible that deficiency in trace minerals found in the wild and in the ocean, that are known to have become depleted by modern farming methods, may be a factor in neg problems.
It is possible that deficiency in these little known trace minerals may cause a weakening in natural shielding, consequentially making persons more succeptible to astral wildlife, negs, and other spirit problems.

This is a fascinating read and, apart from possibly being the answer to a plethora of diseases, this may hold the key to reversing serious neg problems, which as said may be related to this trace element deficiency in the western diet.
This deficiency is reversable by taking fish oil and kelp capsules, eating more seafood, eating more game, and anything that comes from the wild that has not been farmed.
It takes 100 days to reverse this trace element deficiency, and any diseases caused by such a deficiency will then begin to ease or heal.
Organic produce suffers from the same mineral deficiency as other farmed products, although obviously organic produce is healthier and tastier.
Iodine contains many of the missing trace elements we need. Iodine can be painted on the skin, where it will quickly absorb if the body needs this. For more information on iodine cures, see Iodine Cures.
Other ways of taking natural iodine include kelp tablets, liquid kelp, and seaweed. Wakame seaweed is one of the strongest sources of natural iodine.
Of interest, on the above iodine cure site, many people claim to have had success removing moles and warts and other skin blemishes, by painting these with iodine. This is another link with my work, which considers these types of skin blemishes to be attachment points.
I have removed moles, for example, by drawing on them with a blue ballpoint pen. There may be a relationship in how iodine works, in that it may be similar to how blue ballpoiint ink works when applied locally.
I now use a combination of iodine and blue ballpoint pen ink.
