Welcome to the OBE section of the Astral Dynamics website. Here you will find a wealth of information concerning astral projection travel. Out of body experience is a fascinating phenomenon and worthwhile endeavor. In the left menu are many articles on OBE, including an 8 part instructional manual for learning OBE. This treatise contains sections on energy work. For more detailed information on that aspect, see the Energy Work section of this website. You will also find OBE related articles on my Conversations With A Mystic section, and on my blog. This includes text, audio, and video presentations.
This psychic security and wellbeing section provides information covering effective methods and understanding for countering negative spiritual conditions and problems. This section already contains many articles on these matters, and more are coming. We also plan a small private blog and/or forum where specific advice can be offered for individual problems.
Practical Psychic Self-Defense is recommended reading. Robert's knowlege and understanding of these matters has grown significantly since this book was written. This section offers information and countermeasures not found in the book. A 2nd edition of this book will be released in mid 2010.
