After so many years of reading texts on energy work, aka mysterious eastern styles, yoga, tai chi, etc. I've never really understood any of it. I only have my own experiences to work with, but without much understanding. Having discovered Roberts down-to-earth teachings, I'm thinking maybe now I can make some good progress. Even sign up for the on-line course, with time to save the money for it. Anyway, just glad I found him. Diana
