Ok first timer here. Well I have sleep paralysis I guess that's what it is I am paralyzed I cannot move while am am asleep, but I can hear music (which is not on) in my head I can hear myself saying "focus wake up try to move you're finger" idk is this normal? Does it happen to everyone? Also I see flashing lights
