Hello everyone I am new at this and I would like to learn how to do it. I tried by doing breathing routines and closing my eyes and trying to focus on the third eye. My eyes started to blink like crazy and then I just woke up. I did not try to visualize anything. What happened? Also is an obe your soul getting out of your body?

Ok, here's a quick response:
First of all, we do not recommend any third eye work until you have done energy work on your entire body, especially the root chakra. Third eye work is for clairvoyance, not necessarily OBE work in particular. Of course it's beneficial, but only in the sense that all the chakras contribute to the experience, and if there are visual problems, it can help. But concentrating on the third-eye exclusively can give you bad side effects- from headaches to mental instability.Quote:
