I have read your book (mastering astral projection) And now I am on day 48 of the program And recently I have learned to work with rope technique.
But so far I have not successful out of body experience.
give me some advise about exit (out-of-body-experience) and hope because sometimes I'm disappointed of training and doing exercises.
