Affirmations and persistence

Hi Robert,

Just curious if you've ever been aware of problems with affirmations and persistence? So for example, achieving desired affirmations but with results that aren't lasting. I guess one way to potentially address the problem would be to simply add a clause to the affirmation stating the results are for "the rest of my life" or some such. Anyway, this is what I was going to try to introduce to my work but thought it was worth bringing up.
