Carl Schmidt the Kriya Yoga teacher has a free song online
The reason for passing this along is that Carl Schmidt has a free Kriya Yoga class available through e-mail and he is very generous with giving out portions on his book on Kriya Yoga in those classes. It looks like he is giving away one of the songs on his CD to see if anyone will be interested. It is not the kind of thing I'm really into, but I wanted to forward the invitation to download it because he really does seem to me to be a good teacher.
The word "Music" in the e-mail is a link to the page http://www.thehomefoundation.com/Music.html where you can download the wma file. At the bottom of that page is a link to follow to read about his Kriya Yoga class.
